Duke
University Medical Center-Division of Dermatology -Dermatopharmacology
Study``The Dermatopharmcology Study Center (DSC), under the direction
of Dr. Elise Olsen, performs Phase I through III clinical research
studies on medications/products with potential dermatological applications.
On any study, staff of the DSC have the capability of planning and designing
a study, recruiting subjects, carrying out the study, collecting
data, doing the final analysis of the study, and preparing final documents
for FDA submission. The DSC is consistently considered one of the
top five academic clinical research centers in the United States.
ECPHIN and ECDIN Chemical Database The
ECDIN chemical database (open to all), and the ECPHIN pharmaceuticals database
(registred users only). ECDIN contains indetification, chemico-physical
parameters, production and usage, human health and toxicological parameters
of ~120,000 chemicals. ECPHIN contains complete products information
for the currently licenced medicinal products (~100,000) in the European
Union including price in national currency. Registration is free for medical
and pharmaceutical professionals. The service is provided by the European
Technical Office for Medicinal Products (ETOMEP) of the European Commission
- Joint Research Centre Ispra (Varese) Italy.
Federal Bio-Technology Transfer
Directory A new Internet Web database that currently abstracts and
indexes about 1,500 federal patents; 1,000 patent applications; 1,400 patent
licenses (450 exclusive); and 950 CRADAs in the biomedical and related
biotechnology areas.

Idaho Drug Information
Service The Idaho Drug Information Service (ID-DIS) answers patient
related drug information questions for health care professionals (pharmacists,
physicians, nurses, technicians, etc.) throughout the State of Idaho.
IDRAC IDRAC, a division of IMS
Internation, produces a CD-ROM database for Regulatory Affairs information
for registering new drugs in Europe and the United States. Our Web site
provides information on the regulatory affairs industry and our product.

Self Assessment in Pharmacy (ISAP): ``Designed
by Len Lichtblau, Ph.D. of the Department of Pharmacology, Univeristy of

sci.med.pharmacy NewsgroupFrom the charter of the sci.med.pharmacy
newsgroup: To provide pharmacists with a forum for the discussion of issues
related to the teaching and practice of the profession. It is expected
that sci.med.pharmacy would attract contributions from all the major disciplines
